🎯 What is this?

Read classic English texts to improve your reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.

Each article comes with 3 reading comprehension questions. After finishing, click the button to take the quiz.

💡 Tip: Focus on reading first. You can tap any word to look up its meaning. After reading, click "Complete Reading & Answer Questions" to start the quiz.

1️⃣ Read the Article

Swipe left/right to turn pages

Swipe left on the article area = next page, swipe right = previous page. The page number is shown at the bottom.

🔍 Tap a word to look it up

Encounter an unfamiliar word? Just tap it, and a popup will show the definition. If the word is not in the dictionary, it will be recorded for future addition.

🔤 Adjust font size

Use the "A-" and "A+" buttons at the bottom right to decrease or increase the text size.

2️⃣ Start the Quiz

Click the "Complete Reading" button

After finishing the article, click the "📖 Complete Reading & Answer Questions" button at the bottom left.

Answer Yes/No questions

A popup will show 3 questions about the article. Choose "Yes" or "No" for each question.

Instant feedback on each answer

After answering each question, the buttons disappear and show "✓ Correct" or "✗ Incorrect (Correct answer: Yes/No)". Your current score updates at the top.

💡 Note: Each question can only be answered once. After all 3 questions are answered, the "🏠 Return to Menu" button will appear automatically.

View your final score

The top of the popup shows "📊 Current Score: X / 3". Green indicates a perfect score, orange is 2 points, red is 1 point or below.

Click "Return to Menu"

After answering all questions, click the "🏠 Return to Menu" button. Your score will be saved automatically and you will return to the homepage.

📊 Scoring Rule: Each question is worth 1 point, for a maximum of 3 points. Your score is recorded in your learning progress.

Each quiz score is recorded to track your accuracy and learning progress.

Missing words

When you tap a word that isn't in the dictionary, it is recorded in a "missing words" list for future addition.
